All benefits remain available while the Hero Account is open and active. Standard product qualifications and restrictions apply. 2 In the event the available balance at the end of a business day is or would be overdraw the account $50.01 or more, an Overdraft item fee may be assessed for each item in the amount of $30.00. In the event the available balance at the end of the business day is or would be overdrawn $50.00 or less, an Overdraft item fee will not be assessed. Charges limited to five item fees per day ($150.00).

3 Identity theft monitoring is provided at no cost to the primary account holder and one additional account owner. Additional fees may apply for coverage beyond two owners. Enrollment in the monitoring service is effective at the time of account opening. The service is offered through Kroll Monitoring® – IdTheftSmart program. Terms and conditions of the ID TheftSmart program apply.

4 Eligible customers will receive an additional 0.15% Annual percentage yield (APY) above the stated rate on new Certificates of Deposit. The promotional rate applies only to the initial term and will not apply upon renewal or rollover. Minimum of $1,000.00 to open. Offer is available for new money only, defined as funds not currently on deposit with Security State Bank. Early withdrawal penalties may apply.
